"God bless us, Every one." - Tiny Tim Cratchit
EAST POINT, Ga. — Hot cocoa, Christmas trees, candy canes, dancing elves, and joyous smiles on the faces of everyone you see. Upon hearing this description, one might almost guess that they’ve been granted a special backstage pass to Santa’s Workshop a ‘la The North Pole.
Well – almost.
The magic makers at the Makers Market ATL decided to bring some decidedly holly-jolly holiday cheer to good folks here in the Tri-Cities by way of its Makers Market ATL: Holiday Festival at the East Point Exchange (EPX).
On Sunday, December 4th, Makers Market ATL hosted its fifth and final artists' market of 2022 inside the warehouse at The Lawn @ EPX located at 2675 Martin St. East Point, GA 30344.
The Christmas-themed pop-up festival boasted a variety of holiday experiences including but not limited to:
Holiday photo package that included digital images from East Point’s own, Melle Houston, featuring elves from The Off Centered Project.
Free hot cocoa for the first 50 guest courtesy of the Greatest of All Pops (GoaP)
Christmas Trees and Wreaths from the Kinsey Family Farm
Holiday tunes and other merry melodies were provided by DJ Ralo.
Free ornament decorating as well as a dozen other local makers & creatives were on-site to provide a more than welcome return to in-person merriment for families and holiday lovers of all ages.
